全客室禁煙化および客室内喫煙時の違約金について
平素よりホテルニューイタヤをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
改正健康増進法・受動喫煙防止条例に則り、当ホテルでは、2026年1月22日より、すべての客室を完全禁煙とさせていただいております。
お客様により快適で清潔な滞在環境をご提供するため、皆様のご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。
なお、客室内での喫煙（紙巻たばこ・電子たばこ・加熱式たばこを含む）ならびに、吸い殻・喫煙器具等の持ち込みが確認された場合には、
特別清掃費および客室販売停止補償費として、違約金をご請求させていただく場合がございます。
■ 違約金について
客室内で喫煙が確認された場合：30,000円（税込）
※ 臭気除去、寝具・カーテン等のクリーニング、客室販売停止等に伴う費用を含みます。
※ 状況により、上記を超える費用をご請求させていただく場合がございます。
館内の喫煙場所につきましては本館地下１階の喫煙室及び本館１階南側のスモーキングルームになります。

[Important Notice] Full Non-Smoking Policy for All Guest Rooms and Charges Incurred for Smoking in Guest Rooms
Thank you very much for choosing Hotel New Itaya.
To ensure a clean, comfortable, and pleasant environment for all our guests, all guest rooms have been designated as strictly non-smoking since 21st January 2026.
Smoking inside guest rooms, including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products, is strictly prohibited.
If smoking inside the guest room is detected, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, or heated tobacco products, or if cigarette butts or other evidence of smoking are found in the room, an additional charge of JPY 30,000 will be applied to cover special cleaning costs and compensation for the temporary loss of room availability.
* Depending on the extent of the damage or contamination, additional charges exceeding the above amount may be incurred.
For guests who wish to smoke, designated smoking areas are available on Basement Level 1 of the Main Building and on the South Entrance of the Main Building.
