防火設備点検実施のお知らせ – Notice of Fire Protection System Inspection（2026年 8月 26日(水)〜27日（木））

当ホテルでは、お客様に常に安全で快適なご滞在をお楽しみいただけますよう、日頃より館内設備の維持・管理に万全を期しております。
このたび、消防法に基づき、下記の日程にて「防火設備点検」を実施させていただきます。
点検期間中は作業員の巡回や機器の動作確認に伴い、お客様には大変ご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
【点検概要】
・実施日時：2026年 8月 26日(水)、27日（木） 08:30 ～ １６：００
・対象エリア：館内全域（客室フロア、パブリックスペースを含む）
・作業内容：火災報知器および防火設備の作動点検
8月27日11:00　～　11:30　※30分間、非常サイレンが鳴動します。
【お客様へのお願い・ご留意事項】
・館内巡回について：作業員が点検のため各フロアおよび共用部を順次巡回いたします。
・非常ベル・非常放送について：非常ベルの鳴動や館内放送が行われる場合がございます。実際の火災ではございませんので、どうぞご安心くださいませ。
・点検時はお客様のプライバシーに細心の注意を払い、迅速に作業を行います。

In accordance with local fire safety regulations, a routine inspection of the hotel's fire protection system will be conducted on the dates listed below. During this period, authorized contractors will be inspecting equipment throughout the property.

• Wednesday, August 26 & Thursday, August 27, 2026
• 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Affected Areas

• Throughout the Hotel (Guest Room Floors and Public Areas)

Scope of Work

• Inspection and testing of the fire alarm system and fire protection equipment

Emergency Siren Test

• Thursday, August 27 | 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• Emergency sirens will sound intermittently for approximately 30 minutes during this time.

Important Information for Guests

Inspection Activities

• Authorized inspection personnel will be conducting inspections in guest room corridors and public areas throughout the hotel.

Alarm Testing

• Emergency bells, sirens, and public address announcements will be activated during the inspection.
• Please be assured that these alarms are part of a scheduled test, and there is no cause for concern.

• Our staff and contractors will carry out the inspection as efficiently and discreetly as possible while respecting the privacy and comfort of our guests.
